SECCAP, which stands for Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program, is the official online admission system introduced by the School Education Department, Government of Sindh. It is used for applying to all government colleges across the province for 1st Year (Class XI) programs.
The official website for SECCAP admissions (seccap.dgcs.gos.pk) is the only reliable and authentic platform where students can submit applications, download merit lists, and get their college placement slips. There is no other trustworthy portal apart from the official one.

Online Application Steps
- Visit the official SECCAP Website www.seccap.org.pk.
- In βApply Onlineβ,βchoose the βNew Applicationβ option.
- Fill up your 9th Class Roll Number, passing year and name of Board. The admissions for 2026-27 commonly are based on provisional while the finalβmatriculation marks are awaited.
- Type Your Name, Fatherβs Name, B-Form/CNIC number and some valid phone numbers whereβyou can get informed source.
- Choose fromβyour group like Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Humanities and Home Economics etc.
- Double checkβeverything before you click βSubmitβ! If it turns out youβneed to change something, you can often edit your application later.
- Some strands have a little charges that will be submitted inβthe bank with printed challan and deposit it at Sindh Bank Branch as suggested.
